Shipping policy
A large ring with a slanted halo of 5x4mm oval-cut rubies and an inner halo of 3mm round cut green sapphires and a central 5x4mm oval-cut yellow. This is contrasted with a bound stem band.
Each ring is made-to-order - please allow 2-4 weeks for your ring to be made.
Shipping
We offer fully tracked shipping globally. We pre-pay taxes and duties for all orders outside of the UK so you do not have to worry about paying for these when your order arrives. If you decide to return jewellery for a refund, the cost of these taxes and duties will be deducted from the refund.
UK shipping is free for orders over £500, otherwise it is £10.
International shipping is free on orders over £750, otherwise it is £20.
Returns
All of our jewellery is made to the highest quality standards and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of the goods being received. All products must be complete with packaging and in their original condition. If you decide to return jewellery for a refund, the cost of these taxes and duties will be deducted from the refund.
All international returns should be clearly sent and labelled as 'return to sender' to ensure taxes and duties are not charged twice. If there are any duties or taxes this must be paid by the sender. We will not be able to accept any returns with unpaid taxes or duties.
